An assistant that knows your deals.
Ask what you're owed, which brands haven't paid, or which open campaigns fit you. It can log a deal you did elsewhere, fill in your billing details and draft an invoice, each as a suggestion you tap to apply.

Negotiation that never goes below your minimum.
Set a private minimum and a target for each kind of post. When a brand sends an offer, the AI counters within those numbers, waits a moment so you can cancel, then sends a message labelled as automatic. It hands anything unusual back to you, and it can never accept a deal.

- Connect Gmail and sponsor emails are sorted into new deals, negotiations, content feedback and payments.
- Reply drafts in your Gmail
- Reply drafts are saved to your Gmail drafts. Collabaway reads and drafts; it never sends email for you.
- Forward a deal
- Forward a sponsor email to your private Collabaway address and the deal is read into your deal log.
- Your mode, your call
- Off, suggestions only, approve each message, or automatic. Pause any time; take over any conversation.
- Blocked brands and categories
- Tell the AI who never to negotiate with; those offers come straight to you.

- Free and Pro have monthly limits; founding members get Pro limits for life.
Safety
Built so a brand can't talk the AI into anything.
Messages from brands are treated as untrusted. They can't change your numbers, unlock your minimum or make the AI agree to something.
- Numbers come from code
- Your minimums and the price in every counter are set by rules, not by the AI. The AI only writes the words.
- The writer never reads the brand
- The part that writes messages never sees the brand's text, so instructions hidden in an offer can't reach it.
- Every message is checked
- Links, contact details, extra prices or anything that sounds like a yes are blocked before sending.
- No hidden powers
- The AI can't send money, accept offers, change settings or message anyone outside the deal.
- Labelled and cancellable
- Automatic messages say so, and wait a moment so you can cancel them.
- Your chat is private
- Assistant conversations are encrypted, kept for 90 days and deletable by you at any time.
